Mindfulness / Brain Gym

Scientific research shows that practicing mindfulness improves attention and reduces stress, as well as increasing your ability to regulate emotions and feel compassion and empathy. Mindfulness awareness has positive effects on metal health and helps children with optimism and planning and organisational skills. Activities that train your brain, or 'thinking exercises' will also improve your attention and give your brain a workout!
